Senior Managers Specific Skills:
Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs

Candidate must have:
- Master’s Degree in Technology;
- Multidisciplinary technology (DevOps, software Testing, Project management, Scrum Master) experience to lead and grow talented technology team consisting of Software Developers (Backend/Frontend/Android/iOS), Test Automation & DevOps Engineers, Digital Technologists and Engineers, Data Scientists and Technical Project Managers;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software Testing, Cloud Services, Web, Mobile, DevOps, Agile and Scrum methodologies, Continuous (DevOps) project delivery especially as it relates to digital technologies to oversee software development, release management, Agile project management and 24×7 operations help.
The candidate will be expected to ensure that Trinetra’s commitments to existing clients are fulfilled and also successfully determine Trinetra’s strategic direction for the growth of digital technologies department and hire additional managers, consultants and programmers to develop and deliver the associated software services, infrastructure and tools.

Java/J2EE Developers Level 1 and 2

Job requirements:
We are seeking enthusiastic and well-organized employees eager to join us to develop and code with knowledge of Core Java and Spring as well as exposure to web services for the various projects with our client network.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, code & manage the front-end and back-end using Java
- Develop front end modules/customization work
- Complete code development to ensure product releases general availability on time
- Collaborate with testing teams to identify formal errors
- Work extensively on Spring MVC, Struts, JSP servlet, Web services (REST/SOAP)
- Analyse and maintain existing software applications
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (with equivalent experience to 1-3 years)
- Basic Knowledge on – JAVA/JAVASCRIPT, PYTHON, AWS, UI/UX, XML, JSP, Bootstrap, DBMS, SQL database or relational database skills
- Must be highly structured and able to work with the team
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Have strong problem-solving quality
- Ability to move quickly and independently and juggle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Should have worked in distributed agile model and continuous integration
- Should be able to learn and code quickly in Java J2EE and related technologies
